With the mission of helping at least 1,000,000 Black families change the trajectory of their families’ medical histories, she has challenged them to take control of their health, bodies, and weight by joining the Body Bounce Back Challenge.

Over a span of three days, Krystal Taylor will provide the tools needed to live the healthier lifestyle that will lead to more energy and a stronger body.
