Brandon Smiley son of Ricky Smiley passes away at 32
On Sunday, actor and comedian Rickey Smiley took to Instagram to announce the death of his son, Brandon Smiley.
Smiley shared the news with a heavy heart, asking for prayers for himself and his family, which came as a shock.
Brandon Smiley is a comedian and actor who appeared on his father’s “Rickey Smiley For Real” show on TV One.
Storm, his 3-year-old daughter, his mother Brenda, his siblings Malik, D’Essenc, Taylor and Aaryn survive Brandon.
Smiley did not specify the cause of death in the announcement post but asked for people to pray for him and his family during this difficult time.
“I just had some bad news this morning,” said Smiley in an Instagram video. ”
I’m on my way to the airport so that I can get to Birmingham. I want you all to pray for me and our family. It is with heavy hearts that we announce our son Brandon Smiley has passed away this morning. Dear Lord, please have mercy on me. I am so sorry for my sins. In Jesus’ name, I pray for forgiveness. Amen.
