Samsung has unveiled its latest lineup of OLED TVs for 2023, which boasts a wider range of sizes and a more affordable counterpart to its flagship model. The Samsung S95C is the company’s flagship OLED TV, designed for those who are willing to splurge on the very best in terms of picture quality and features. It features Samsung’s Quantum HDR OLED+ technology, which delivers a high level of contrast for an immersive viewing experience. The set also has sleek, barely-there bezels, a 4mm thin screen, and a rear panel design that hides unsightly cables.

During a hands-on preview of the S95C, it was the clear standout among Samsung’s latest 4K and 8K QLEDs. It produces strikingly rich colors and ultra-deep blacks that allow the vibrant action of an NFL game to really pop, while keeping viewers engrossed in their favorite shows. The S95C also offers up to 144Hz refresh rates for smooth PC gaming and a dedicated Gaming Hub for streaming titles from services like Xbox Game Pass and Amazon Luna directly from the cloud.

For those who want the immersive benefits of OLED but are looking for a more affordable option, the S90C is worth considering. This model packs most of the key benefits of the S95C, including Dolby Atmos audio, high refresh-rate gaming, and built-in apps found in the Smart Hub, while offering a slightly less advanced version of Samsung’s Quantum HDR OLED tech.

The Samsung OLED 4K S95C is available in three sizes, a 55-inch model for $2,500, a 65-inch model for $3,300, and a 77-inch model for $4,500. The S90C is available in a 55-inch model for $1,900 and a 77-inch model for $3,600, with a 65-inch set awaiting final pricing.

While the new models require more time to be reviewed, Samsung’s OLED TVs have consistently impressed reviewers. The company’s latest lineup of OLED TVs is worth considering for those looking to upgrade or for their first OLED TV.
