Angela Black, The Customer Experience Queen, is an entrepreneur with 30 years of award-winning sales and customer relationship experience. During her years in Corporate America, she managed and trained sales reps, won numerous national sales awards, and was responsible for creating multi-millions of dollars in sales for companies like Pfizer, Endo Pharmaceuticals, Acadia Healthcare, and University of Phoenix. A former Professional Organizer, she was once featured on the TLC Show “Hoarding, Buried Alive”, and wrote a book to help people manage their lives, businesses, and time more efficiently.

After being downsized for the fourth time in her career, she created the consulting firm Client Relations
Consultants. Companies, small businesses, and organizations hire Angela and her team to turn angry customers into repeat customers and to create strategies and policies to increase customer retention and referrals that bring in more sales and revenue.

Her mission is to make the world a happier place – one customer at a time – as she helps her clients increase their
revenue . Her specialties include:

  • Creating customized policies and procedures for companies that need to systemize their customer journey
    to increase their customer loyalty / retention, and revenue.
  • Training employees on how to provide consistent, professional, and concierge-level customer service –
    even in difficult situations
  • Corporate Consulting – Assisting corporations with ensuring that their minority customers and vendors
    feel valued and appreciated and want to continue doing business with their company.
  • Speaking and training on various customer service topics
    A graduate of both Spelman College and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Angela is the mother of
    two grown daughters who are also entrepreneurs. She loves music, football (still rooting for the Falcons), art,
    good food, volunteering, the beach, and baking red velvet cupcakes.
