The Masked Singer Season 13 Episode 6 Recap: Griffin Reveal

The latest episode of “The Masked Singer” Season 13, titled “Grand Ole Opry Night,” aired on March 19 on Fox, and it did not disappoint. Spoiler alert: James Van Der Beek, known for his role in “Dawson’s Creek,” was unmasked as Griffin during this episode.

In the Group B finals, Pearl secured a spot in the “Lucky Six,” leaving Griffin and Boogie Woogie to battle it out. Ultimately, Boogie Woogie emerged victorious, sending Griffin home.
With Van Der Beek’s unmasking, he joins the ranks of other celebrities revealed this season, including Flavor Flav, Sheana Shay, Aubrey O’Day, Oscar de la Hoya, and Cedric the Entertainer.

The performances on “Grand Ole Opry Night” included Pearl singing “Here You Come Again” by Dolly Parton, Griffin performing “Take Me Home, Country Roads” by John Denver, and Boogie Woogie belting out “Something in the Water” by Carrie Underwood.
