Oklahoma bride-to-be Canada Rinaldi attacked by random man while celebrating her bachelorette party in Dallas

An Oklahoma bride-to-be had her dream bachelorette trip in Texas turned into a nightmare when she was randomly attacked and hospitalized just four weeks before her wedding day. Canada Rinaldi, 27, was enjoying a night out in Dallas with her bridesmaids when the unthinkable happened.

As they were waiting for their Uber outside a club around 2 a.m., a man approached Rinaldi from behind and viciously punched her in the face, knocking her out cold. The brutal attack was captured on dash camera video from the Uber driver, showing the moment the assailant struck Rinaldi and one of her bridesmaids who tried to intervene.

The attacker fled the scene, leaving Rinaldi lying unconscious on the ground with a broken nose, three knocked-out teeth, a concussion, a black eye, and requiring eight stitches on her face. The traumatic incident not only left her physically injured but also emotionally shaken, as it marred what was supposed to be a joyous celebration leading up to her wedding.

Rinaldi’s friends have set up a fundraiser to help cover her unexpected medical expenses, which amount to around $10,000. They are rallying around her as she navigates the physical and emotional aftermath of the attack, which has cast a shadow over what should have been a time of excitement and anticipation for her upcoming nuptials.

The Dallas Police Department is actively investigating the assault, but no arrests have been made yet. Rinaldi hopes that the perpetrator will be apprehended to prevent such senseless acts of violence from happening to anyone else in the future. In the meantime, she is focusing on her recovery and trying to come to terms with the traumatic experience that has not only affected her but also her loved ones who witnessed the attack.
