Russell Brand is facing a sexual assault lawsuit stemming from an alleged incident on the “Arthur” movie set, with Warner Bros. offering to provide unseen footage from the production.
According to a report in The Times of London, Warner Bros. Discovery has informed the court of its readiness to provide outtakes from “Arthur” as part of the sexual assault case against Russell in New York.
The lawsuit, filed by a woman in 2023, alleges that Russell Brand exposed himself and sexually assaulted her on the same day of filming in a bathroom. Brand has denied these claims.
During a recent New York Supreme Court hearing, Warner Bros. attorneys offered to provide previously unseen footage from the 2011 film “Arthur,” totaling approximately four to eight hours of video material.

The accuser alleges that Russell Brand appeared intoxicated on set, but Brand has refuted these claims, stating that he has been sober for eight years and does not remember the accuser.
Warner Bros. has also denied the woman’s allegations against Russell Brand.
In addition to the ongoing lawsuit, Russell Brand is currently facing rape and sexual assault charges for multiple alleged incidents dating back to 1999 in London, all of which he has denied.
