Bill Belichick’s girlfriend Jordon Hudson to compete for Miss Maine USA against competition’s first transgender woman
Bill Belichick’s girlfriend, Jordon Hudson, is set to compete in the upcoming Miss Maine USA beauty pageant, where she will face off against Isabelle St. Cyr, the competition’s first transgender contestant. Hudson, a former cheerleader and the unofficial team mom of the University of North Carolina football team, is vying for the crown after finishing as the runner-up in last year’s competition.
St. Cyr, a farm owner from Monson, Maine, expressed her excitement about participating in the pageant, stating that she is not competing to make a political statement but rather for personal reasons. She emphasized her love for pageants and her desire to show that transgender women can excel in such competitions.
Hudson, representing her hometown of Hancock, Maine, announced her candidacy on Instagram, with her relationship with Belichick, the head coach of the UNC Football team, likely boosting her profile. The couple’s relationship has garnered attention, especially after Hudson’s playful intrusion on a UNC football practice, where she paraded around the field in five-inch heels.
Despite the significant age gap between them, Hudson referred to Belichick as her “twin flame” on his recent birthday, celebrating their fourth “meetiversary.” The couple went public with their relationship in 2024, shortly after Belichick’s split from his longtime girlfriend, Linda Holliday.
The Miss Universe Organization, which owns the Miss Maine USA competition, changed its rules in 2012 to allow transgender individuals to participate. St. Cyr, determined to compete despite potential backlash, expressed her readiness to handle any negativity with grace and continue representing not just transgender women but women as a whole.
The Miss Maine pageant is scheduled to take place in Portland on May 10 and 11, with contestants judged in various categories including interview, evening wear, and swimsuit competition. St. Cyr and Hudson will be among the participants vying for the coveted title, showcasing their talents and beauty on the stage.
