FBI Probes Threats Against Colorado Justices Over Trump Ballot Ruling

The decision by the Colorado justices was a response to a lawsuit filed by Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington, claiming Trump violated the Insurrection Clause. Despite being disqualified only in Colorado, similar lawsuits challenging Trump’s candidacy have been filed in 25 states. Trump is expected to appeal the decision to the U.S. Supreme Court.
