Krave It takes ex-Ian’s Pizza space in Denver’s Ballpark neighborhood

Vishee and Jenna Mandahar’s journey began in seventh grade when they bonded over their love for pizza and sandwiches.
“It’s a love story mixed with pizza,” Vishee Mandahar said. “Our favorite thing to do all the time was eating pizza and eating sandwiches. We’re typical New Yorkers.”
After starting dating, they opened the first Krave It in Queens in 2015. Today, they have six locations in New York City.
In May, the couple will introduce their menu to Denver, with a new location near Coors Field.
Krave It has gained international fame for their unique pizza and sandwiches, such as the fried Oreo pizza in China and Germany. The Denver location promises a whole new experience that will pleasantly surprise customers.
The upcoming Krave It branch will be on 2210 Blake St., next to The Cherry Cricket.
Harry Ghotra, a Queens native who now resides in Denver, will operate the Denver Krave It restaurant. He plans to open another location in Aurora and is working on a Longmont branch with different ownership.
The new Ballpark location will be the largest Krave It establishment to date and the only one with a bar. Most Krave It stores in New York focus on takeout, with sizes averaging around 650 square feet.
Vishee Mandahar expressed excitement about expanding to the West Coast, with Denver being their chosen destination after demographic research.
Some of the popular dishes from New York, like the white truffle chicken pizza and the Godmother sandwich, will be featured in the Denver location.
Vishee Mandahar emphasized the welcoming atmosphere of Krave It, promising to make customers feel like old friends by the time they leave.
