New Lawsuit Accuses Sean Combs, Harve Pierre and third person of Sexual Assault
Sean “Diddy” Combs, a renowned figure in the music industry, faces a new lawsuit alleging sex trafficking and gang rape of a 17-year-old girl. This marks the fourth such accusation against Combs in recent times.
Filed in New York federal court, the lawsuit details disturbing allegations by a woman identified as Jane Doe. She claims to have encountered Combs, Harve Pierre (former president of Bad Boy Records), and a third unidentified individual in 2003 at a Detroit lounge. According to the lawsuit, Combs persuaded Doe, then in the 11th grade, to travel with them to New York.
Before leaving Detroit, Doe alleges that Pierre smoked crack cocaine and forced her to perform oral sex in the lounge’s bathroom. Upon arrival at Combs’ New York recording studio via private jet, the lawsuit states that the three men provided her with drugs and alcohol to the extent that she was unable to consent to sexual activity.
The lawsuit further claims that in the studio’s bathroom, Combs, Pierre, and the third man took turns raping her as she drifted in and out of consciousness. Following the assault, in extreme pain and a state of shock, Doe was reportedly helped out of the studio and driven back to Michigan, a journey she barely recalls.
The suit emphasizes the long-term impact of this event on Doe’s life, stating she has endured “extreme emotional distress” affecting nearly all aspects of her life and relationships. The decision to come forward was influenced by other women who have recently accused Combs and Pierre of similar misconduct.
